Big tree - cheapest but has water damage in garage and kitchen, doesn’t flow as easily
Beach house - small but best we have seen so far - great sand for red ants

Waterford house - different flooring throughout hous, different patios in back, potential leaking in garage?, patios over septic?, different lighting fixtures.
D Tier
Clifton meadows- great investment property, great land, shitty shitty house
