Rank every JJS character's base moves based on how well they perform / how much of an impact they would cause in randomized movesets.

Exceptions:
Supernova: Supernova orbs can be exploded as usual
Granite Blast/Appetizer: Restyling is no longer required, but maxing the meter out will make both moves go on cooldown for 10 seconds
Cleaving Whirlwind/Blunt Cut/Stabilize: Ratio can be applied
