1. Designated Agent
Our designated agent for receiving DMCA notices is registered in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory (Registration No. DMCA-1075449, active since July 11, 2026):
- Agent: DMCA Agent, Nobrainer Labs, LLC
- Email: dmca@tierbuddy.com
The agent's full contact details are on file in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you believe content on TierBuddy infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to our designated agent at dmca@tierbuddy.com. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material on TierBuddy that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a direct URL is best)
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
We respond to valid DMCA notices promptly, typically within a few business days. Infringing content is removed or disabled, and the user who posted it is notified.
3. Counter-Notices
If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@tierbuddy.com including:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which TierBuddy may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us they have filed a court action.
4. Repeat Infringers
TierBuddy terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Our Own Content
The TierBuddy name, logo, site design, original editorial content, and software are the property of Nobrainer Labs, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
